We are happy to ship with Priority Mail and UPS. On USPS we add on a $2.00 for insurance. USPS Priority Mail normally takes 2 to 3 days but may take longer to reach you. UPS transit time varies based on your zone. However, some zones take up to 9 days, so keep that in mind when placing your order. Tennessee Candle Supplies does not charge a handling fee for orders. You will pay only what it costs us to ship your order to you. We pack and weigh your package before charging your shipping.
Our shopping cart can only give a shipping quote. Your total may be more or less than this quote (within reason). We will charge your credit card the correct shipping and include an invoice in the box.
Returns: We cannot accept returns on fragrance oils, wax, wicks, colorants or bath & body base for any reason. We will accept returns on the following products that have not been used and opened and are in saleable condition: containers and molds. We will issue credit to use on a future order for the sale price of the items, less a 15% restocking fee.
